Valley Christian (Dublin)- 30, North Creek- 12.

We finished the season strong, with both the offense and defense playing well. We will do well in the playoffs if our boys play with the same precsion they had in this game. North Creek is a very young team, with lots of 6th graders. They will be very good next year. Our boys were impressed with how well they conducted themselves during the game. Coach House

10/21/2009

Valley Christian (Dublin)- 26,  Baymonte- 0.

We expected World War II, since our first game was so intense and hard fought.  They were missing 7 players, including their QB, LB, and WR.  Our boys played well, but they weren't at their best.

10/16/2009

San Jose Christian School- 18,  Valley Christian (Dublin)- 12

It was another well played game.  The lead changed 3 times.  The difference in the game was a punt returned for a touchdown late in the game.  I've always said, "The team that pulls the flags- wins".  Yesterday, they pulled the flags better than we did.   Coach House

10/12/2009

Valley Christian (Dublin)- 31,  Achiever-24

It was another close, well played game by both teams.  They started fast, getting out to a 12-0 lead.  We caught-up and took an18-12 lead by the end of the 3rd quarter.  Both teams added 2 TD's in the 4th quarter to end up 31-24.        Coach House

Valley Christian (Dublin) 13, Kings Valley-0

We played our best game of the season so far. I was really proud of this team. We had numerous bad calls from the officials, including 2 touchdowns called back for "penalties". We would added a minimum of 12 more points. The defense turned-in another solid performance. That's two shut-outs in a row, and only 18 points in the last 4 games. Keep it up guys! Coach House

Yesterday's score- Valley Christian (Dublin)-0, North Creek-0
Both teams played well. Neither team gave up a big play, and neither team made a big play. We had 3 chances to score, but failed on all three, including a pass on the last play of the game. Our receiver had it in his hands, but the defender knocked it out at the last second.

Wow! This was truly a great game. Valley Christian (Dublin) 19, Baymonte 12. To give everyone an idea of how well this game was played--
We kicked-off. On their first offensive play, we intercepted the pass. Great start, great opportunity, right? Their defense held and we didn't score. It was 0-0 at the end of the first quarter, 12-6 Baymonte at the half, and 12-12 at the end of 3. We scored the winning touchdown on a big play on the next to last play of the game.
This was Christian football at it's best. Both teams- players and coaches- were positive and encouraging to the other team. No swearing or tantrums. It was exciting and intense, but at no time was anyone out of line. Coach House, Valley Christian, Dublin

Boys Jr High Flag Football
Valley Christian 21, San Jose 7

Another well played game by both teams. Our offense and our defense turned-in good, well balanced perforamces. It was only 2-0 at the end of the first quarter, and 9-0 at the half. Neither team scored in the third quarter, and we outscored them 12-7 in the fourth. Coach House, Valley Christian, Dublin.

9/17/2009

We won 40-6 over Achiever. Today our defense played very well, getting 5 interceptions, which was the difference in this game. Despite the lopsided score, the game was close, and the Achiever coaches and players had excellent attitudes and effort.

9/15/2009

We lost to Kings Valley 33-14. We played well, but we gave up several big plays on defense which allowed them to pull away.
